Returns

You can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item. Please email me before this deadline at kerensmithstudios@gmail.com  and I will reply with the return address (if needed).

You then have a further 14 days to return the item. You will be responsible for paying for the return delivery of your item(s), this cost will not be refunded. I would recommend using a tracked or signed service to ensure the items safe return so that you can be refunded.

You will be refunded as soon as possible, within 14 days of me receiving the goods back.

I would ask that you return your items unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
